This notice explains how Trifecta Technologies ("we") processes personal data on trifecta-technologies.com.

Hosting

This website is hosted by Vercel Inc. When you visit it, the server processes technical data such as your IP address, date and time of the request and browser information, in order to deliver the site securely (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We do not use analytics or advertising cookies.

Fonts

All fonts are served from our own server. No connection to Google Fonts or other font providers is made.

Demo request form

If you submit the demo request form, the data you enter (name, work email, organisation, sector and message) is transmitted via Formspree (Formspree Inc., USA) and delivered to us by email, in order to answer your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Transfers to the USA are based on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses. We delete the data once your request has been handled, unless statutory retention obligations apply.

Interactive tester

The Parallax tester runs in your browser. To draw the map and show current context it loads data directly from third-party services, which receive your IP address for this purpose (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR): jsDelivr (map geometry), the GDELT Project (public news events), GeoConfirmed (public geolocated events) and OpenStreetMap Nominatim (place search when you type a location).

If you request a demo from within the tester, the name, organisation, work email and focus you enter are sent via Formspree as described above.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, for example the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information.
